This is your pathway if you have completed high school in British Columbia or the Yukon, and have no other applicable post-secondary education.
Please note that if you graduated or will graduate from a Canadian high school outside of the BC/Yukon provinces then you should check the Canadian Applicants section of the UBC admissions website, for province specific admission requirements. Also, grade 11 required courses differ for students coming from outside the BC/Yukon provinces.
Calculation of your GPA is based on English 12 and three additional approved Grade 12 courses (or approved International Baccalaureate (IB) or Advanced Placement (AP) courses) as determined by the program you are applying to. In addition to the grade 12 courses used to calculate your GPA, there are a number of grade 11 required courses that you must have. Please see below for Faculty of Forestry program specific grade 11 and 12 high school admission requirements.
High school students with a strong GPA are invited to explore our offer of Guaranteed Admission.
