Co-op Presentation Evening
at the
Centre for Advanced Wood Processing
Senior co-op students in the B.Sc., Wood Products Processing degree program at the University of British Columbia will be delivering presentations on their recently completed co-op work terms in the wood products industry.
An extended intermission is scheduled to provide a valuable networking opportunity. You will be able to meet co-op students in all years of the program, including those available for upcoming work terms and members of the upcoming graduating class.
Date: Wednesday, February 1st
Time: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (light buffet dinner at 5pm, refreshments and snacks at intermission)

The evening will included presentations from students completing work terms with:
- Fraserwood Industries – Squamish, BC
- Mountainview Designs – Surrey, BC
- Tolko Industries – Armstrong, BC
- West Fraser
- Chetwynd Forest Industries, Chetwynd, BC
- West Fraser Mills, Quesnel, BC
- WhitePine MDF, Quesnel, BC
INTERMISSION will be held between 7:30 and 8:00 and presents an opportunity to mingle with presenters, current students, faculty and other guests.
Also on February 1st, the Centre for Advanced Wood Processing will be hosting their bi-annual Open House. Combined with Co-op Night 2 years ago, the day and evening combined events were a great success. Please consider joining us earlier in the day for workshops, hardware demonstrations and presentations. More information about the Open House can be found on the
