Galiano Conservancy Association
A community-based, conservation land trust working to preserve and enhance the land and water resources of Galiano Island for future generations. Their purpose is to restore, protect and enhance the quality of the human and natural environment. In the past, students have helped draft land management plans and conducted stream surveys. Students can contact the organization directly if interested in volunteering.
